Crafted in mid century with an eye to the future, this sparkling white serving piece blends with all decors not only because it is white, but the hand painting is charming with its roses, little blue flowers and lilac ribbons.
Westmoreland Glass Company of Grapeville, Pennsylvania produced this charming, substantial covered standing presentation dish. It was originally offered as a bridal centerpiece. The clever part is that the cover can be removed and placed underneath it higher piece. This makes it stand higher. The two pieces are both hand painted. There are no cracks, chips, crazing or any damage. It probably was rarely, if ever, used because we see the original Westmoreland label underneath the base. Although featured for a wedding buffet, it is a beautiful addition to any table.
The price includes free shipping within the US as well as free shipping insurance.

Measurements: The base is 3.5" square. The dish itself is 5" square. From the base to the opening, it is 7" high. The cover is 3.5" high.

This milk glass vase is in excellent condition. Although we wish to sell, we prefer to have loyal, satisfied, repeat customers. We do this by fully describing every flaw that we see. We do not sell damaged items. You may buy with confidence.
