Delight in the Royal Albert traditional bouquet of roses at your afternoon tea. The back stamp tells us that this was produced during the 1970s.. It is partially hand painted. We tried to show a close up of the brush strokes on the saucer in the last photo.
Royal Albert Bone China of England was owned by the Thomas C Wild and Sons Ltd of St Mary's Works in Longton, England. The company dates from 1917.
English bone china was admired for its lightness, translucency and its soft subtle almost pearly white quality. Much approved of by the tea-party hostess of the nineteenth and early twentieth century.
This charming set was created in their Avon shape.

Measurements: The saucer is 5.5". The cup is 2.25" high and 4" from rim to rim. It is 2.5" high including the handle.
