The teacup was so popular that they recorded the shape with the English registry in 1937. The saucer was also registered in the same year. They put these together using their pattern, Tulips and Daffodils, number 1762.
The flowers create a warm bouquet. The best of the Salisbury designs feature gold trim.
Founded in 1927 as the Salisbury Crown China Company, it was changed to Salisbury China in 1949. They manufactured at the Salisbury Works, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

Measurements: The saucer is 5.6" in diameter. The cup is 2.5" high and 3.25" from rim to rim.
