Royal Stafford Bone China of England created this crested cup and saucer and using the MacLeod Tartan. It is partially hand painted and trimmed in gold gilt on the edges.

Measurements: The creamer is 3.25" high and 4" from the tip of the spout to the outside of the handle. It sits upon a 2" round base. The sugar bowl is 2.4" high, 3.5" from rim to rim and it sits on a 2" round base as well.
