Irish flowers drape beautifully across the pleated border of this Belleek teacup and saucer.
The two pieces wear the 11th green mark which means it was made between 2001 - 2007. It is an unusual design, definitely not the typical shamrock approach.
Belleek became famous almost from its beginning in 1853. It is highly prized and collected today.
All the Belleek marks contain the Irish wolfhound, the Devenish Round Tower, the Irish harp and the touch of Irish shamrocks on each end. This lovely Parian ware is known for its translucency and quality.
