The stemware are lovely. It is difficult to photograph glass. Any streaks that you see are reflections of light. Rest easy. These do not have scratches.
They seem to have been shelf pieces. Each holds 2 fluid ounces. They were meant to be used for liqueur such as Drambuie.
The stems are unique and fascinating. They are twisted glass but inside each clear handle is a stem of red glass. The effect is interesting.
These barware items are an iconic example of American art deco design.

Measurements: The round footed base is almost 2" in diameter. The height is 4.75". The wonderful stem is 2.25" from the base to the bottom of the glass. From rim to rim, each opening is 2".
