Wedgwood China of England produced a glossy finish called Queens Ware. This elegant teacup and saucer is called Cream on Cream. The teacup and saucer both have smooth edges rather than the ruffled version. This design was made in 1988. It is now discontinued.
The make the grape vine trim and then apply it to the cup before firing to glaze it. If there are any mistakes, it is discarded. Wedgwood takes tremendous effort and pays attention to detail.

Measurements: The saucer is 5.5" in diameter. The cup is 2.5" tall and 3.5" from rim to rim.
