Belleek is renowned for its Parian ware, reflecting quality and fine craftsmanship since 1858, when Belleek Fine China of Ireland was established along the River Erne. The river provided power, the Irish brought skill, and the land supplied raw materials. At the 1865 Dublin International Exposition, Irish Parian ware earned its first gold medal.
This creamy Belleek vase features gentle cascading curves and bears the fifth green mark, indicating it was crafted between 1955 and 1965. A single rose with numerous leaves, all carefully attached by hand, adorns the vase, which was produced at Belleek's Irish production center.
Many people brighten their mood by using this vase for flowers, while others repurpose it for pens or other desk items. One customer even used it to repot her African violets.
It measures 4.5" rim to rim. It is 3.5" high and has a 2.25" octagonal base diameter.

Do not wash any of the china in the dishwasher. It may cause crazing if boiling water is poured directly into the cup. These are not made for microwave use either.
We do not know the exact materials used in the china. We are selling them as decorative items.
We offer free gift wrapping on most items. It is mentioned in the listing.
