Inspired by an English garden and manufactured by one of the note worthy bone china companies. This is called Lyric Tunis Blue. It was made between 1949 and 1978.
This is the scalloped edge version. The gold is lovely. There is an English custom of bringing a teacup and saucer to the home of a friend as a token of friendship. Therefore sometimes these are referred to as friendship cups.
The price also includes free shipping within the US, free gift wrapping and free shipping insurance.
Measurements: The saucer is 5.75" in diameter. The cup is 3.25" from rim to rim and is 2.75" high.
This English teacup and saucer is in excellent condition. Although we wish to sell, we prefer to have loyal, satisfied, repeat customers. We do this by fully describing every flaw that we see. There are no chips, stains, cracks or crazing. We do not sell damaged items. You may buy with confidence.
