Wedgwood China of England produced a glossy finish called Queensware. This is the teacup and saucer being offered in the pattern Ruffled Edge Cream on Lavender. The lavender is actually blue. The teacup and saucer both have smooth edges. The ruffled edge refers to a very slight featherly pattern just under the vine. It is almost imperceptible but it is there.
The saucer is 5.5" in diameter. The cup is 3" tall and 3.5" from rim to rim.
The price is for one teacup and one saucer and includes free US shipping, free gift wrap and free insurance.
This English teacup and saucer is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. We do not sell damaged items. You may buy with confidence. The date 1957 is incised in the bottom of the saucer by Wedgwood.
